Roberto Hernández

Roberto Hernández obtained his law degree in 1995 and his Masters degree (cum laude) in 2012 from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

Roberto is specialized in construction law in Mexico and Latin America.   He is listed in arbitration centers as arbitrator and dispute board in several countries in Latin America.

He has been co-chair of the International Construction Projects Committee of the IBA; chair of the Construction Disputes Committee of the ICC Mexico and member of the Steering Committee of International Construction of the ABA Forum on Construction Law.   Roberto is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Academy of Construction Lawyers. Roberto is partner director of COMAD.

Roberto is the author of “Construction Law in Mexico Perspectives and Challenges” and “Construction and Covid-19” with Wolters Kluwer.

Roberto is licensed in Mexico. Fluent in Spanish and English.
