Nicolas has more than 25 years of experience in cross border deals and disputes involving Mexico and investors from the United States, Canada, Latam, Europe and Asia with a focus on energy, natural resources, infrastructure and agribusiness.
Nicolas is licensed in Mexico and New York. He obtained his JD degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico City and his LLM from University of Texas in Austin. Mr. Borda has been a partner with many big law firms most recently Reed Smith LLP.
