Francisco studied and graduated in Law at Universidad Iberoamericana. He also holds an LLM from the University of Miami School of Law and is authorized as a Corredor Publico (Commercial Notary Public) in Mexico City. With 35 years of legal experience, he specializes in labor and commercial law. Breña Malagamba has represented clients such as Ford, Sony, Philips, Gillette, Grupo Altex (a Bimbo-related company), Sky Chefs de México, Grupo Arka, Ergon Materiales, Metlife Mexico, and many others.
As a Corredor Publico, he has incorporated legal entities, legalized shareholders’ meetings, certified commercial documents, certified statements of facts, and handled other matters related to fe pública. He is also authorized as an appraiser for real estate, intangible assets, machinery and equipment, and other assets. Furthermore, he is certified as a Private Mediator by the CDMX court.
